Transfer Students who have already received benefits must:
- Complete online Form 22-1995 (Change of Program or Place of Training)
- Request transcripts from all military, colleges and/or universities previously attended to be sent to Lee College's Admissions office.
- Complete a Request for Certification form, and submit it to the Lee College Veterans Center.
