If you or someone you know has experienced any form of sexual violence — to include sexual harassment, stalking, intimate partner violence, or sexual assault — help and resources are available.

Emergency Resources

  • 911: If someone is in immediate danger or in need of urgent medical attention, always call 911 for emergency services.
  • Baytown Police Department (BPD): If this incident is occurring (occurred) in Baytown, but off-campus, a report may be filed with BPD. If your incident is an emergency, call 911. If it is a non-emergency, call 281.422.8371 to report the incident or submit a report to BPD online.
  • Lee College Security Department: Individuals may report an incident, with or without filing charges, to the Lee College Security Department. The office is located in the Security Facility, which can be reached at 281.425.6888 or by picking up any red phone on campus.

  • Title IX Coordinator: Student and employees can contact Jose Martinez at 281.425.6546 or josmartinez@lee.edu if they have questions or need assistance.
  • Confidential Employees: The college has a designated confidential employee who serves as an advocate and may provide support in a secure environment in which questions can be asked, information provided, and guidance offered, should the student wish to file a formal complaint. The following individuals serves as the College's confidential employee.
